Psychodynamic therapy is a form of depth psychology that focuses on unconscious processes as they manifest in a person's present behaviour.
Â
This therapeutic approach aims to explore how early life experiences and relationships shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours today. By uncovering and understanding unconscious patterns, clients can gain insight into their inner conflicts, improve self-awareness, and work towards resolving longstanding issues.
Â
Psychodynamic therapy often involves exploring past experiences, dreams, and interpersonal relationships to promote healing and personal growth.
I am not a silent therapist my preferred model of working is relationally, which
means I will enter into a conversation with the clients I work with.
I have a particular interest in working with clients working towards retirement.
I practice face to face in the PR69FF area. Or online for clients further a field.
Sessions are priced at £65 however I charge slightly more for couples therapy as sessions are longer.
I offer a 30 minute video call for free, for you to see if I am the right therapist for you Please use the contact page to make an inquiry and book in with me.
